In 1981, Anti Cimex formed in Sweden where they worshipped at the altar of Discharge. They took the drum beat Discharge drummer Tez Roberts invented, the D Beat, and ran with it creating an entire scene. Anti Cimex were around for just over a decade and in that time released a batch of EPs and a few short LPs that would go on to define D Beat.
